From my doorstep, I watch the cruise ships come and go in the harbour. I poke around in the sand, finding dead white crabs scattered about like little snowflakes. The local cemetery’s full of the Titanic’s first and last passengers. With the most pubs per capita, every night can be a night on the town. The city is tattooed with artwork, and every venue has live music of all sorts...
